This blog started as a way to keep everyone informed on Chris' condition as he battled H1N1. On November 27, 2009, Chris went to be with our Lord and Savior and Jesus Christ. He will be missed greatly. I am continuing the blog to keep his memory alive. RIP,Chris.
Pattersons, We are praying constantly with a faithful heart that God will heal your brother. We all know that His plan is supreme. He will watch over you all no matter what. We have sent the word out to everyone we know to keep praying. Your faith is amazing and it is truly a shining light to all who know your family. Our prayer is for strength, courage, patience, faithfulness, and love.

You are all, and most especially Chris, in my earnest prayers for his response to treatment and his full recovery. May God's heavenly hosts surround you all and guard over Chris and guide the hands, hearts and minds of his caregivers. In Christ's name I pray.

ReplyDeleteHey Natalie. My family is praying for Chris and your family. I have passed it along to both of my Bible study groups. I have learned over and over that God is in control. I pray for healing for Chris and comfort for each of you. Thank you for keeping us updated.

Dr. Patterson & Family: I am praying for Chris and all of you during this difficult time. I also pray that God will give you all the strength you need and know that God is in Control! Dr Deb Fortune
ReplyDeleteNatalie, I pray once again that God would touch Chris' body and make it whole. I won't give up, because I know that He is the great physican-- unless God knows that it is time to take Chris home. I, also, continue to pray for all of you. It gets so hard (I've been there many times with immediate family); but somehow through God's love and the prayers of the faithful, he pulls us through, too. Just know that MY HEART grieves, the tears come, but so do MY URGENT PRAYERS!
ReplyDeleteThe Spences are all still praying for Chris! I think the music will help, if you are allowed to have it in ICU. When my Dad was under, we played classical music and he actually tapped his finger in time to the music!!! Music and happiness soothes the soul and heals the body!
