Chris is still holding on. His oxygen levels are between 82-86 and he is remaining steady. We are hoping he remains stable throughout the night. Please pray that all of the blood clots in his body go away and that his lungs continue to react to the new oscilator.

Thank you all so much for your support. We couldn't have made it this far without all of you.

"Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard." Isaiah 58:8

  1. Thank you for all the updates. He is still fighting, and he is lucky to have such a wonderful family rallying around him. Keep your spirits up, he can do this. I can't get him out of my mind, if I'm not thinking of him and your family, I'm saying a silent prayer for ya'll.

  2. Natalie, I'm awake--SO I AM PRAYING! I hope that Chris improved even more after your last post, and that the blood clots will be gone when we get our next post. May God continue to do his miracles on Chris and give the rest of you the strength to do what you have to do each day.

  7. Doug, Lise, Lauren and Natalie,
We continue to pray for Chris. We pray that he will continue to make small strides each day and make a full recovery. We are praying for added strength for each of you and the patience to deal with the roller coaster you are on each day. Lise, your Troy Elementary family gathered Tuesday afternoon for a special prayer time for ya'll. It was so moving! Stay strong!
